Detox-me has arisen out of a passion for bringing harmony back into the world. It all begins within. So most of the information shared here will be about cleaning our bodies of all the pollution and toxins we ingest on a daily basis. We all have to start somewhere! Once we begin to clean ourselves within and clean our immediate environment it has a knock-on effect. We all are all connected.

We hoping that by sharing my ideas, recipes, research and knowledge and other inspirations with you will help encourage positive change in our amazing world.
