Breakfast smoothie

This smoothie is great to keep you going until lunch. And it’s delicious!

serves 1-2
 
1 pineapple – peeled and choppped
2 guavas -chopped
1  heaped tablespoon flaxseeds
1 heaped tablespoon of a mixture of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds

juice of 1 orange

Add a little bit of water to get the mixture blending and then add more if you want your smoothie a little more runny.
Tip 1: it’s best to soak the seeds in a bit of water overnight before adding them to your smoothie!
